2010-present: Furniture Brands International (NYSE FBN) - is a global operating company that is one of the nation's leading designers, manufacturers and retailers of home furnishings. Lieff serves on the Audit Committee.

2005-2011: Birks & Mayors, Inc. (AME BMJ) - is a leading North American luxury jewelry brand that boasts 65 retail destinations. Birks & Mayors is a designer and manufacturer of fine jeweler, timepieces, sterling silverware and gifts. Lieff served on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.

2003-2007: Claire's Stores (NYSE CLE) - a leading specialty retailer of fashion accessories and jewelry. Lieff served on the Compensation Committee and the Governance Committee until the company was sold to Apollo in 2007.

2002-2005: Mayors Jewelers (AME MYR) - a leading luxury jewelry retailer. Lieff was Chair of the Compensation Committee and Chair of the Special Committee during its merger with Majority Shareholder, Birks Jewelers, of Canada.

2001-present: Hastings Entertainment (NASDAQ HAST) - is a multi-media entertainment superstore retailer headquartered in Amarillo, Texas. Lieff serves on the Audit and Compensation Committee.

1998-present: Herzfeld Caribbean Basin Fund (NASDAQ CUBA) - is a closed-end fund that invests in issuers who are likely to benefit from economic, political, structural and technological developments in the countries in the Caribbean Basin.

1998-1999: Alliance Entertainment - is a leading provider of management solutions to the home entertainment marketplace. Lieff was chosen as an industry leader to represent Chase Bank on the Alliance Entertainment board when the company emerged from bankruptcy. She stayed on until Alliance was sold to Yucaipa Corporation in 1999.

1980-1998: Spec's Music (NASDAQ SPEK) -a Miami-based music retail company that became Florida's dominant music retailer. Lieff served as CEO, taking the company public in 1985 and orchestrating a merger with Camelot Music in 1998.
